Meine doch relativ kurze Wartezeit von 6 Monaten hat sich definitiv gelohnt.

Ich habe heute die Info bekommen, dass mein Auto nun beim Händler steht.
Übergabe ist nächste Woche.
Das sind dann von Bestellung bis Übergabe fast genau 6 Monate. So schnell hätte ich damit nicht gerechnet. Ende März war es noch nicht mal zur Produktion eingeplant laut VW Kundenservice.

Seit heute werden wieder Ausstattung und Details zum Auto angezeigt
Ich habe mich an den Kundendienst von VW gewandt. Ich wollte erfragen ob es eine aktualisierte Lieferprognose gibt und ob ich das Auto eventuell eher bekomme wenn ich es selbst von der Manufaktur abhole.
Mein Händler hat mich daraufhin angerufen.
Laut seiner Aussage ist es wohl so, dass alle Autos die mit Wärmepumpe bestellt sind hinten angestellt wurden. Stand heute ist, dass die Wärmepumpe wieder verfügbar ist und VW nun die Produktion neu plant.
Es gibt aber noch keine genaueren Infos.
Was die schnellere Verfügbarkeit angeht bei Abholung in der Manufaktur hat er ganz klar gesagt ich solle bei der Abholung im AH bleiben, das geht wesentlich schneller.
Ich glaub ich weiß warum bei mir nicht angezeigt wird. Hab soeben folgende Nachricht vom VW-Serviceteam erhalten.
An wen hast du dich gewendet um diese Info zu erhalten?
Ich hab mal im ID4/5 Forum geschaut. Da haben auch einige das gleiche Problem.
Wenn ich ehrlich bin hätte ich das Auto lieber eher. Ich kann auf das Facelift verzichten. Ich finde ihn schön so wie er ist. Der Händler meinte bei der Bestellung, dass er glaubt es könne April werden. Dann wird es wohl kein Facelift.
Bei mir wird auch nichts angezeigt. Glaube aber noch nicht an eine baldige Fin sondern eher an Serverwartung. Ich wäre eigentlich noch nicht dran. LT steht lt Autohaus noch bei August 2023

Bei mir sind im Laufe des Abends in myvolkswagen das Modell und die Ausstattungsdetails verschwunden. Kann ich mich in den nächsten Tagen über eine FIN freuen oder hat VW mal wieder Serverprobleme?
