Ok, the idea behind the public charger test was written by Elektroniker in his Post.
If you are right with the AC on board Charger damage go to the next VW garage/workshop an have it fixed by a qualified VW technician.

At a public AC charger, there is no such large voltage drop as shown in your video.
Such voltage drop could be the reason for your problem, and possibly the update made the charger more sensitive to voltage drops for safety reasons, as I explained to you.
If your car charges normally at the public charger, then there your car is OK and you should pimp up your electric installation shown in your video.
If the problem is present also at the public AC charger, then you must go to the VW workshop.

today I ran a test on a stable connection where there is no voltage drop, and it's the same!
After 5 minutes there is a 1 second break on the L1 phase in the car, then the break is longer and longer and after 10 minutes there is no current flowing on the L1 phase.
OTA 3.7 has broken the on-board charger and VW is aware of it, but there is no solution.

Ich habe das Problem (Laden nicht mehr 3-phasig mit max. 7.5 kWh (anstatt 11 kWh) noch immer. Die (kalten) Temperaturen waren vor dem OTA 3.7 nie ein Problem. Das kann nicht im Zusammenhang mit kälterem Wetter stehen... Überschussladen funktioniert nach wie vor (natürlich jedoch nur 1 phasig da zu wenig Überschuss im Nov.
Gibt es da News, an wen bei VW sollte man da am besten schreiben, um das Problem "am richtigen Ort" platziert zu haben?
Dazu nochmals die Frage, hat jemand nun schon mal…
It's not a low temperature problem, I was at VW service today and they detected it with a diagnostic device. I'm waiting for the problem to be solved, I'll report on the forum.

There are two further threads, not connecting this issue to 3.7. They are from spring and summer 24. (I do not know if the affected ID.4 vehicles might be shipped with 3.7 "ab Werk")
In the ID.Driver's Club on Facebook it is being discussed that a fix for the phase drop charging issue is getting provided by a small additional S-OTA update ID.S 3.5.5 (OUI4) for those IDs affected after having received after the bigger ID.S 3.5.4 (OUF6). All of these will display ID.Software 3.7 in the car.
Some drivers already got notified in the car that the update is available for installation. It is not clear yet whether it will get integrated into the big update package.
By the way, my interpretation of some abbreviations is as follows:
