Es gibt keine Schäden. Die Ladeeinrichtung an Bord scheint sehr gut zu funktionieren.

Das Problem liegt offensichtlich in der elektrischen Installation vor der Wallbox: die Spannung fällt zu weit ab (mehr als 7%), wenn die volle Leistung entnommen wird (mehr als 7%), so dass die Onboard-Ladeeinrichtung den Ladevorgang stoppt, um die Brandgefahr zu reduzieren.

The problem obviously lies in the electrical installation upstream of the wallbox: the voltage drops too much (more than 7%) when full power is drawn, causing the on-board charging equipment to stop the charging process (possibly only on one phase) in order to reduce the risk of fire.

Das kann man vermutlich auch unter DA00C6 im Fehlerspeicher nachlesen. Der OBC schreibt i.d.R. ausführlich.

Try one or more public AC charging stations! If your car charges constantly at about 10.5 kW there, then your home installation is the problem.

It may be that VW has changed the settings for the on-board charging device with the 3.7 update, so that it reacts more sensitively to voltage drops at the socket.

To me it also looks like a matter of thresholds of the on-board charger's input voltage sensor.
While the open voltage of L1 is close to 236 V, the voltage under load drops to 218 V.

However, while that should still be sufficient, the sensor might react more sensitive than before to relative changes. Thus testing the other two phases might also be of interest to identify whether a neutral point could be the cause of the issues. Both the voltmeter and the current clamp amperemeter are measuring average values. Dynamic spikes of current and voltage might also lead to failure.

You may check whether the car is charging well when connected to a public AC charger.

What cabling (length and wire gauge) did you use for the Wallbox connection to your house's mains power line?

One Idea: is the air conditioning turned off?
Its status can get checked on the Volkswagen App. If it is on, the corresponding tile turns blue.

Another reason for dropping a phase at a later stage might be an overheating of the charging port or of the charger itself, which however is currently rather unlikely due to low outside temperatures.

Recently, after the update to 3.7 I also saw my car starting charging from cold around a few °C with 5kW (displayed on the App9 , then later with 7kW, before it continued with 11kW. I hat attributed this behaviour to an algorithm which is slowly preheating the battery before giving it the full charging current.

I just scanned through all recent charging curve recordings logged with Tronity. Since the current vs. time/SoC resolution is not so good, the ramping up of the charging power is not visible, but no intermittent behaviour is visible either.
